About the event
This workshop will be an opportunity to connect, share, and learn. The morning will be facilated by Corina Schad and Nicole Krutze. We will discuss the nervous system and stress regulation. Have fun with exercises and music with the goal to acquire practical skills to use to help us release, restore, and rejuvinate.
